1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EUSecureAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users — account owners, administrators, and members.

2. What EUSecureAI is

EUSecureAI is an AI-powered knowledge platform that lets organisations upload documents and ask questions about them. It is designed for internal employee support and, optionally, external customer chat.

It is a tool to assist with information retrieval — not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

3. Account responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@eusecureai.com.
  • Accounts are associated with one or more organisations as defined by your subscription or plan. You may not use your account in ways that violate these Terms or that grant access to unauthorised parties.

4. Acceptable use

You may use EUSecureAI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
  • Use the service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • Attempt to circumvent the AI system's safety measures
  • Share your widget API key in a way that enables unauthorised or abusive access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

5. Your content

You own the documents and data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the documents you add to the platform.

6. AI limitations

The AI features in EUSecureAI are provided as-is. AI-generated responses:

  • May be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
  • Are based only on the documents you have uploaded
  • Are not professional advice of any kind
  • Should be verified before being relied upon for important decisions

7. Service availability

We aim to keep EUSecureAI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish and EU law:

  • EUSecureAI and Navwis Management ApS are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence — as required by Danish law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
